** I apologize for the ruffled noises -- the iPad was hitting the case **

What is an individual's body surface area and how do I calculate it?
How do I solve dosage problems that include recommended amounts based on an individual's BSA?

I get everything except when you say, "find the square root." How do I just find the square root of a number?

1. A child weighs 61 lb and is 43 inches,
what would the desired dose of cephalexin be if the adult dose is 300mg/dose? How much should be given if the medication is supplied as 125mg/5mL?

Hi! Dan,
You said in 9:58 that there is 30 mg in 1 mL, but I think it should be 1000 mL. How did you come up with the 30 mg?

You never round a math problem until the very end. Why did you round 1.91 m2 first. At the end I got 77 mg not 76 mg? You confused me greatly. ☹️
