Here are my 4 rules that helped me to create real change and step up:

I started with calisthenics and i have been doing it every single day for 3years now, it has became an addiction, i need to take at least 1 or 2 rest days a week and i hate those days but for others its the other way around, they train 2 days a week and its hard for them to get to it, that was me when i started, but the longer i keept going, the more the addiction grew on me, to look in the mirror and see a new person every month every year and to be able to do exercises i thought i would never be able to do has given me so much joy and happiness, and some of the exercise are even like meditation in a way, it clears my mind, and i started from not being able to do any calisthenics exercise into being able to do most of them and im going for more. And it only takes 30min-60min a day dont need more then that

the funny thing is there are millions of videos to motivate you that makes you just waste those 2 minutes you could have just started doing the thing you want to do. and most of those videos are not worth it. but this video in other hand, its soo damn real. "action leads to motivation not the other way arround"-this guy

The problem is not whether the task takes longer than 2 minutes or less, but rather the kick you needed to give yourself to start doing it. Washing one cup you just used takes less than 2 minutes and so is throwing the trash away, tidying up your bed or even waking up from one. However, somehow a lot of people just aren't disciplined enough to do the bare minimum.

There is no secret sauce on when you'll finally get the determination to change yourself or just want to be productive. What I do know is this, once you get that kick to move forward, remember these two simple words *"DON'T STOP!"* .

You finally decided to find a job but still haven't got any calls, *DON'T STOP!*

You finally decided to exercise everyday but one day you don't feel like it, *DON'T STOP!*

You finally break the habit of smoking but was in a group of smoker friends and they offer you one, *DON'T STOP!*

It's good enough you're trying, but it's better when you keep on going.

That's what I need to hear. I've been doing it wrong all this time, which resulted in a lot of me waiting and searching for motivation, which ultimately translated into a megaton of wasted time.
