Why on earth would Roland decide to do an update via USB stick. I rarely have to use an USB stick for anything nowadays. Why not just using the usb cable with a computer like every other company does on all devices I own. And why is there no discretion on how to perform the update on their website or the manual? At least I didn't find anything.

Nope. This didnt work for me. Pathetic instructions and Roland support is a joke.
I'll hope not to destroy my antiquated machine looking for another way
