i think a company can overwork an idol and still care for them. making sure they not only eat sleep and are staying healthy but are also having fun is caring for them. you can be overworked and still meet all of those. i’m sometimes overworked at my job but the second i get injured my managers care for me like a little baby. so yes a company can overwork and still care for the idols.

SM visuals has more priority maybe back in the day but Shindong broke that stereotype of SM when he debuted lmao (i hate him) their artists can live sing. Vocals is their main priority.

SM definitely priorities vocals it's one of their standards, You can find many idols in there that aren't considered visuals in any but have good vocalists a great example is Kyuhyun from Suju

Hype : excessive training? They barely train, all their idols lack vocals and rap and they are just good idol dancers not even that ground breaking.
Yg: does not produce aces, litterly there are 0 idols under hype who are aces, they litterly lack in vocals and dance, m
SM : the closest to producing ace idols but when it comes to the importance of visuals hype takes the cake
