In 2006, a 21-year-old mother came on Nancy Grace's show. Her 2-year-old son had just been kidnapped two weeks before, so she was obviously in a lot of pain. Grace automatically assumed she was guilty and berated her with aggressive questions for 20 minutes.

You left out the part where Melinda Duckett took her own life shortly afterwards. And she's not the only person Nancy drove to suicide. Same thing happened with Toni Medrano.

They shouldn't call ppl like her "karens, " just simply call them "nancys."

she needs to speak, pretend she has the answer, and proceeds with no human regard of situational emotion, like a sociopathic judge.

Nancy: you were afraid I assume?
Elizabeth: not at all, we had parties.

She has an express elevator to hell when the time comes. These are just a few of the stories she got wrong.

Her mistaken accusations have caused so much suffering for grieving families, it's unforgivable

Why leave out that Melinda Ducket was so distraught over this and her baby missing that she killed herself? And no, at that moment she couldn't just dismiss what Grace said because she was already an emotional wreck.

I think she assumes the wrong things about people without knowing the facts...

If her and Bill O’Reilly had a child it would destroy the world with anger, hate and paranoia.

I've always disliked Nancy Grace. She's just hateful. In my opinion anyway.

The most Heartbreaking thing about what happened to Melinda Duckett is that she committed suicide with a shotgun just a day after the Nancy Grace interview, then after receiving a wrongful death lawsuit from the Duckett family, N. Grace then commented on GMA: “If anything, I would suggest that guilt made her commit suicide. To suggest that a 15- or 20- min. interview can cause someone to commit suicide is focusing on the wrong thing.” She then said that, while she sympathized with the family, she knew from her own experience as a victim of crime that such people look for somebody else to blame.

I wouldn’t know what else to say about that but it’s just too sad to think about.

She isn't the only news anchor (and for that fact, most people too) who knows everything before all of the facts are in. When news anchors today are proven wrong they wriggle out by saying things like, "If all of the facts are known, like we know, we would be proven right.".

Her lack of true report and biased personal feelings makes her dangerous. I’ve never understood why she is on air.

I can’t STAND HER!! After watching her regarding the Scott Peterson case… her voice now hits me I like nails on a chalk board. She is a SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHATS WRONG IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM

I think she assumes people are guilty because she’s assuming they are like her. Classic projection.

She should be held accountable like others in this bassackwards country…

Sadly, she is just not a nice person and the way she went after people on her show pretty much assured that they would never be able to receive a fair trial. She goes by the philosophy of everyone is guilty until proven innocent The fact that she still has a show even now is kind of scary. Just like her.

I think people (including her network), gave her credence because her fiancé was murdered by a former coworker a few months before their wedding, she was 19. She became very invested in pursuing true crime cases.

I remember watching her during the Scott Peterson drama and thinking she was great but she’s actually quite despicable
