Some residents in a Gauteng community are relying on a local tavern to gain access to the internet while the local library stands unused. The residents of Fochville say access to the internet is beneficial for school children and job seekers. However, they are worried that the learners are exposed to alcohol.

This is the struggle we face in kokosi for me to apply for college or varsity I must go to the tarven to access WiFi
Mind you that library is fully packed with books everything is ready to work but the Municipality is not opening the library I worked at that library in 2020 we packed the books and everything is there it was supposed to have opened on November that year but till today they haven't opened the library 😢😢😢❤❤
