This happened to me, I emailed support. I went through 3 reps. The fourth email they sent me said that after viewing my emails they found i was having issues with logging in and tried to assist me with that instead. I never got my 60 dollars worth of coins. Microsoft refused the refund, and EA claimed my case was "FIXED".

Ive had this issue personally myself and was never given my coins, went through many reps and its a cat and mouse game...long story short I lost all of my season 0 and up skins because one of the reps said to unlink and link my account to the new email address associated with it now... all that did was refund all of my OG skins and heirlooms and now I have like 700$ in coins, Ive saved all the transcripts with the reps and sent them to microsoft and felt this was done to me on purpose and Ive been active on the forums regarding this issue...thank you for brining this up.. EA at this time has banned me from online chat and I can now only call monday-friday or the multibillionaire company needs to do better

Dude thank you for bringing attention to this. I've lost probably close to 10, 000 coins over a 6 months period. When it first happened to me I broke the calculator and did some good ole maths and realized I got crapped out of 2200 and then it happened the following day. And it's happened randomly since then. Sent a report of it in and haven't heard a word

If you buy apex coins on XBOX Series X|S and they don’t show, try signing in on an Xbox one if you have one available. It fixed the issue for me and they were available on my XSX also. It’s a pain but at least there’s a somewhat workaround, hope it helps. 👻🎮

not only that, but I've faced an issue with xp where if i get respawned and get first it wouldnt give me any xp just for damage and kills which isnt as much compared to the surviving time

Happened to me 4 times. Every time I sent Microsoft an email with the relevant legislation here in Australia that states that faulty products MUST be refunded. Got my refund every time.

Funny thing is, this also happened to me .I bought the physical versions of the Lifeline and Blodhound edition of Apex on Xbox.After activating the codes in Microsoft store, everything was fine, until i went into the game to find i had no bought coins nor the skins from the bundles.I of course, filled a case right away with EA support and oh mistake of my life .After 2 WEEKS of nonstop chatter between a bot and myself repeating the same message over and over again, after sending 70 pictures of, ,proof of purchase " i finally got to someone .I logged into my acc and saw that yes indeed i had my coins and skins .Funny thing is, i was also automaticaly somehow banned 4 days after my case, while trying to get my stuff 🗿After dealing with the ban and getting my stuff back, support did some sort of mistake, and gave me 2x the coins i have supposed to get 1 day later after i already had the stuff :D So, in the end, support managed to scam themselves . Am i happy about that? Absolutely .Was it worth my time and all the problems? NO and i wish nobody has to go through this stuff like me . EA pls fix your company, thx.
