This is quite beautiful and warm with some contemporary touches. Kudos to the architects and designer, because this looked like a very challenging space to work with, given the positioning of the downstairs bathroom, and also the narrow space of the lot.

A fun fact: Every material (which is not being actively cooled or heated) is at room temperature, even metals, they just feel cold to the touch because they are better conductors of heat, so they draw the heat from our hands quicker than other materials.

My FAVORITE home on this channel!!! The layout and remodel are exquisite!! Everything works. Nothing is too precious to use. Not really feeling the bar area directly next to the sofa. I don't think I would enjoy seeing a faucet in my living room.
