David Vince - Horizon Forbidden West Animation Reel 2022

It has been a huge privilege to be a part of the Machine Animation team for Horizon Forbidden West and being responsible for creating the form and motion of some the most complex creatures in the game. Animating the complete set for the Slitherfang almost exclusively and creating a new movement language for the Zenith Prime stands as my proudest achievements to date. Contributing to the more conventional machines has been an honor and taking the reigns of the Slaughterspine was a blast. Please enjoy just a fraction of these 100% keyframe animations that Horizon Forbidden West has to offer.

Never noticed the Slaughterspine put its front 'paws' down like that before. Mann I really love watching them move. The way their plates jostle as they walk and the weight each step has are incredible.
