Christmas Tree Shops rebranding as CTS, opening more stores

The next time you go by a Christmas Tree Shop, it might have a new name.

Not sure how they are going to staff these new stores. They don’t pay well and are more concerned about their customers than their staff. I’ve heard they say they can’t afford to pay more because they aren’t a big company, but yet they can open new stores and spend all sorts of money but not properly pay their current employees?
