Thanks for the demo. I just purchased the smaller oven (Arianna) which is basically the same but with with one fan instead of two. I have a question if someone can help.Until now I was baking my puff pastries on my old oven that has no new technology intergrated on it, with a result that my old oven couldn't bake well from inside the pastry.So that's the reason why I bought the UNOX Linemiss Arianna oven, hoping thank's to the new technologies (DryPlus and AirPlus), I would have a better result.That was not the case for my puff pastries.Today when I baked them they were still very moisterized from the inside, and on the outside of the pastry, after a few minutes left outside, it was like...rubber!!! Can someone tell me if they have experienced the same thing and if they managed to do something to prevent this from happening.I asked the e-shop where I purchased it but they couldn't help me.
