Finally our boy sam got some love, but i think a bit too much of it...

MY opinion on fixing it: Split the main attack damage between first throw and cycle backwards. This way the dps would still be good but yet to be broken like it is right now AND there would be chance to miss.

(And yeah for those who will respond to me with "It GoT a NeRf AlReAdy!!" it's not that big of a deal since all you do as sam if rush, damage, die repeat so you'll get hyper in no time unless you play sam in knockout for some reason...)
