Hey Rachel, a doctor here! You're right, biotin can interfere with some lab tests. As a general rule, make sure to discontinue taking biotin supplements 3-7 days before your lab tests to be on the safe side. Also, the superhero cape thing dress would look REALLY CUTE if you tie it in a bow, give it a try! 🥰

Biotin most commonly interferes with thyroid testing, so definitely disclose if you are on biotin and are getting thyroid testing done. Also, biotin is water soluble so getting more than 100% of the daily recommended intake is going to end up in your urine. BTW, I'm a family medicine physician so you can consider a doctor consulted :)

The red dress looked great with one strap forward and one back! You fit it really well❤️ What you might need - and hear me out- is a bra that lifts and separates. So many bras give "uniboob" but a proper fitting bra changes a whole look, especially when we cant put our finger on whats off about an outfit

Also, I liked the red dress with the “cape.” You can always tie it in a bow if you don’t like it hanging, but I like it without tying in a bow.
