It will get better, but right now it has very limited uses

Interesting. I can see good uses for it. Strangely, the video on the patreon link showing it's intended use (pixel art smoothing) actually ruins the character of the actual animation. It's too smooth. Everything kind of looks like it is mo-cap pretending to be real animation. Maybe it's just me, but I'd take the low frame rate any day over the smoothed versions. It just feels off and too smooth to be fun.
