I have purchased Vida v1 pro from your company.

When I bought the scooty you made big promises.

Since last two days the ignition switch of the scooty is faulty and it is not starting.

When I complained the agency person then he is saying that you should take the scooty.

Otherwise we will charged money for taking the scooty to the service center.


So do you provide such service to the customer after selling the scooty once?

How do I connect the "Hero Xtreme 160r 4v Connect 2.0" with the 'Hero Connect' app (the app which has those 20+ features, and has live tracking and other stuff), the app asks for a part number, not even the service center is able to help,
tried talking to the customer support, service center, opened the tank and took serial number from the parts which the service center suggested, but the app suggest 'input a valid part number'
It been 6 months in, and no clue how to connect the feature i guess I paid for, let me know if there is somebody who knows the stuff, it would be a great help
