French President Macron in US for first state visit hosted by Biden

French President Emmanuel Macron is in Washington for his first state visit under Joe Biden's presidency. The two leaders have a long agenda for their meeting tomorrow (Dec 1). Talks will address how to end the war in Ukraine, Iran's nuclear programme, as well as China's growing assertiveness in the Indo-Pacific. France is America's oldest ally, but the two sides have been at odds over defence and trade issues.

This pisses me off....We have hundreds of thousands of U.S. citizens living on the streets, thousands more are coming into the country illegally, families across the country are having difficulty making ends meet and I'm by my own choice working three jobs at age 65 to earn extra money to have a retirement in the years ahead because there doesn't appear to be any end in sight and now I have to watch this? It's obvious this disaster of a President and all of the people working along side him and his wife DON'T CARE WHAT THE REST OF US THINK OR WANT! He'd be out of there by this afternoon if I could make that happen. Absolutely disgusting and another slap in the face to the people that are the backbone of America. Why do we need this? Unbelievable!!
