Ingredients For Pumpkin Corn Fritters / Pancake (Balkabağı Tavası)
About 250gr. peeled pumpkin slices, coarsely grated
1/2 to 2/3 cup corn flour (I used 4-5 heaped tbsp, check the consistency while adding)
2 eggs
1 medium size onion
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp or more salt to taste
black pepper to taste
