This building is no longer the Mandarin Oriental. It's now the Waldorf Astoria.

It's all quite beautiful, but it has not one iota of the feeling of a "home". The living room area looks like a hotel lobby. How could anyone ever feel "at home" in a place like that? I guess that's why most people who live like that never stay in one place long. It probably all gets very boring very fast.
