Okay, about that pill cutter? Be extremely careful about doing that. If your pill doesn't have a line on it, DON'T cut it in half and don't crush it. Many pills are time released. Cutting it in half or crushing it alters that. If it does have a line, that the score line that means it's fine to cut it in half.

Hope anyone that buys the pill cutter knows that not all pills are to be cut or crushed AND that it's important to mix it with the right substance if crushing or mixing is allowed. With the right patient education and awareness, it could be a great product...but going in blindly could be harmful. Stay informed, be safe!
