Hi everyone

I'm having a rubbish time with my Pure advanvced+ so i'm hoping someone on here might know.

Just did the latest software update and it appears to have borked my Pure advcanced+
(details below),

Details

App connects BUT can't get past Security Test (turn light on)

Powers up, battery is animated like it's charging (spoiler, it's full), power button does nothing else (no lights, no mode change, nothing) apart from switch it off again.

I bought it 5 days ago and I haven't tested it yet.
does anyone know how I can reset it back to factory settings? Or can help please?
