I've seen another surgeon here on YouTube do the markings - and consequently the excision - not tapering off so much towards the sides, which in my opinion gave a more balanced lift and it didn't give the effect of only the middle being lifted, but also the lateral body of the red upper lip being lifted and everted aswell. Is there a medical reasonwhy you do it this way? Or just your personal style and/or aesthetic preference? I realize there are limitations as to how much this method can lift the sides of the lips, but the results I've seen here seem to be very much focused on the central part and the cupids bow area. Do you sometimes do it this way, that the bullhorns stay relatively even in thickness untill they have to come to a point at the very end?
