Grilled Chicken Skewers with Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce (Satay)

There is nothing I love more than food from the grill. There is just something about that smoked flavour of the meat and anything that accompanies it. Chicken, of course, is one of my favourites, especially when it is done on the grill.

Meat done on a BBQ Skewer is never the same without a yummy dipping sauce (Satay). In light of this, I put together an all time favourite Asian recipe - skewered chicken with peanut butter dipping sauce. You might be saying "WHAT." A dipping sauce with peanut butter. The outcome, however, is to die for.

This recipe is similar to the Malaysian satay. Instead of using peanut sauce, here we use freshly ground peanut. Thanks, Dave for the great recipe.
