You cannot upgrade this DS RAM 1500 GVM unless you replace the front and rear axles and the wheel hubs.

I get the feeling you might be overloading the rear factory axle

Why do a GVM Upgrade just buy a vehicle that will do it standard

Upgrading to 3950 kg/8, 700 lbs doesn't seem to make sense. Why not just buy a 4500kg/10, 000 lb GVWR Ram 2500? The Chrysler 9.25 in the rear of the 1500 is not the strongest especially when compared to the AAM (old corporate 14 bolt - 9.5 front, 10.5 or 11.5 in rear depending on engine)
