Statement of Superposition theorem:
The voltage across (or current through) an element in a linear circuit is the algebraic sum of the voltages across (or current through) that element due to each independent source acting alone.

Steps to apply Superposition theorem:

1 1.Select a single source acting alone. Short circuit the other voltage source and open circuit the other current sources.

2.Find the current through or the voltage across the required element using
suitable network simplification technique.

3. Repeat the above two steps for all the sources.

4. Add all the individual effects produced by individual sources.

Superposition theorem cannot be applied to solve electric circuits with diodes because diode is a non-linear element.

Solving using Superposition theorem is easier as only one source is considered at a time.

Sir...by activating 3A source, in mesh 1 we know the value of i2 is 3 . Then in the mesh 1 equation 7i1-3(3)-4i3 dhana sir 9 Ku padhila....6 nu potrknga???? Bcoz 3(3) is 9 dhnaa...pls reply
