I love london, visited in 2014 & going back this fall. Make sure you tell your credit card companies, bank and cellphone service provider you'll be overseas and give them the dates of travel. You don't need to convert your money into British pounds, just use your card the same as you would in the states, some cards charge nominal fees but those fees are cheaper than currency converter rates, don't do it, the fees are ridiculous! stay away from tourist shops that do the currency converter! But other than that...London I heart you
