Dang dude, this Prowler is one of the rare villains that I sympathize with. Man lost his brother and is doing the best he can to make sure he doesn't lose his nephew. Gotta respect that family love.

Prowler's story was my favorite in the game.

He was always a thief which disconnected him with his brother.
His brother died and he tried to change but like Black Cat he couldn't resist crime.
Seeing his relationship with Miles going the same direction as his brother, he decided to truly change by turning himself in and spilled the beans with Roxxon.

If you pay close attention to Arron's face when Miles said that, you can really see how torn he is. Not only did he mess up with miles but it must reminded him how it exactly it went down with him Miles' father.

I just realized that Prowler is almost the Miles Morales game’s version of Task Master. They both catch you out of nowhere.

While I love Into the Spider-Verse, I really like how they handled Miles's relationship with Aaron in this game more since it's given proper time to fully flesh out their story together and not restricted due to time constraints.

I actually feel bad for Prowler I mean he got kicked out of the family cause he didn’t keep his mouth shut, he lost his brother and he’s trying to protect his nephew(The one thing that he has left of his brother)from near death.

Actually, the Prowler has a point here... in the real world, Roxxon would have put Miles six feet under several times over because in the real world, there is no 'plot armor'.
