This segment was excellent.

Vince's ego got him into a situation that undid his original plan that had Austin not just losing the Rumble, but out of Mania and the title picture. Austin leveraged his title shot to finally get his hands on Vince where he could not only beat Vince bloody, but rest assured that outside interference would be minimal.
