Great video with a lot of detail. Good accompanying article too. Wouldn't mind seeing how it compares to some of the other big boys though, such as the Atrix 4G.

It performs as expected, but the winning combination has got to be the playstation controller and the exclusive access to the entire playstation catalog of games. Just these facts alone will make the xperia play the best gaming smartphone on the planet!

I'm surprised it scored higher than Samsung Galaxy S given how slow it was rendering the 3D stuff in Quadrant.

My Galaxy S2 reaches 3720 in Quadrant. That means it can run Uncharted Vita very smooth!

if i was to overclock my galaxy note it could achieve around 5400 points with the cpu running at 1.7 mhz dual core, but that would be like overkill, i m happy with my 4570 points

@solarlightning LOL. Hey how is that CM7 coming along now? I wanted to use it but from what I gathered online you could not use the camera or a few other main features of the phone:( If that stuff is fixed ill def flash it. Also with CM7 is 2500 an inflated score from something like "stage fright" or is the phone actually getting better performance numbers? Thanks BITCH

Really seems no better than my droid x Lol. Hell with GB and 2.3 I average 1800-1900 with no OC at all!

sony xperia play too expensive 800-650dlls and that cost me my motorola Atrix 500dlls and is much better, The only good thing that Sony is in control but only that I consider piece of junk maybe the next one from sony will be worth
