can you send the textbook for Pure Mathematics 1 - Edexcel (AS level)

For Q13 B I did it so that I get 3Sin2x +sin2x -2=0 and when I put the polynomial into my calculator I get 2/3 as u did and -1 and then on the mark scheme it says -1 aswell but why is -1 not accepted so you do sin^-1(-1) to get 90 for 2x then divide by 2 to get 45 which is in the range of 0-90

If for question 14 you used proof by induction (which u learn in AS FM) would you get all the marks?

Surely for 11b you could just find the points of intersection between the perpendicular line and the circle and pick the lower x coordinate?

Is question 10b not wrong as area of triangle is 1/2 base x height?
