Shoot Vertical Video with Mirrorless Camera

I'll just point out that many brackets (including this one it would appear) are Arca Swiss compatible and depending on your tripod head will attach directly and more securely without the need for a quick release plate.

Don’t make it harder on yourself. If you shoot 4k 16:9 and edit in 1080p timeline you can punch in and reframe w/o losing quality. A good tip is to keep subjects in the middle.

I have the same setup ZV-E1 with Tamron 17-28mm and Crane M3

However there are 2 ways to use in vertical. One is choosing "portrait" from gimbal modes and the other is to simply rotate the gimbal 90 degrees anticlockwise and it will just adjust and you can use any mode youd like with it

What are your thoughts and what is your experience with vertical shooting with the setup? Because i mainly bought it for vertical content and i feel unhappy now cause its not that good tbh

You know that the tripod head has a hinge that accomplishes the same thing right. But do your thing, it works too.
