2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe 2.0 First Drive Video Review

The Cadillac ATS Coupe comes with 3 different engine choices. The model seen here has a turbocharged 2.0 liter 4-cylinder that makes 272 horsepower and 295 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is rated at 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway.

The Cadillac ATS is fun but not sporty. Power is not that aggressive but you can always get the larger V-6 engine. Good point is the ATS Coupe is affordable starting at $33,215.

I still like the 4-series coupe more than the ATS coupe, and the 4-series even looks nicer from inside out, which is a bonus.

Get the 3.6L V6, it makes a huge difference.

I've actually been looking: this class of car for something to complement my stage 2 WRX STI.

The leaders of the class are insanely expensive.. an Audi S5 is like $67, 000 after adding some options (it's crazy in Canada). The new Merc C400 also comes in at around 70K. Haven't looked at the 4 series as I don't like its AWD that much with electronic open diffs plus bad reputation and I want AWD.

The 4G connection is going to be funny as GM is using Sprint's network... We all know how that network performs... Other than that, it is a good looking car. Still wouldn't buy it, but it looks good.

A Cadillac should be beautiful... The ATS isnt. Neither are it's competitors. If you cant make your entry car look amazing, dont make one...
