forensic audit must be don of all ipps not of only k electric for over payment ghapla in fuel consumption from govt and ipps . un known jagga taxes and higher rates of units to be refunded to awaam x power minister of caretaker govt must be included in committee, GOVT should also curtail their ayashian and distributing awaam taxes in members of assemblies as bribe, why govt is hesitating from forensic audit, for gapla in fuel govt will supply fuel as per contract which is astonishing govt is paying awaam jagga taxes to ipps which is more profitable in the form of commission
