This style is also a blast to play as soon as you get the licks and rhythmic grooves down. You will be using hybrid picking throughout the entire song. Hybrid picking is the technique of using your pick and fingers at the same time as is essential to playing this style of music correctly.

Holy f'ing S!!! Thank you, over a decade late! I have the "guitar recorded versions" or whatever it's called of "Eric Johnson" with the tabs and a CD (same for Jimi, Stevie, Clapton, etc.) which I got at bulk and had to buy this CD player thing for. I think Wolf Marshall was the name of one of the transcriber/teachers? Anyway, this is outstanding, and I hope time has been kind to you! Thank you!!!
