Hank, I have a great deal of respect for you as a person, and as a vlogger, and as a scientist. This video made me respect you even more, and I hate to think that your earlier anxiety was justified, because you acted as a calm voice of reason with a strong conviction in your beliefs. The world is a far better place for having you in it, and I hope you continue making wonderful videos for decades to come. You're an inspiration to me, Hank. Thank you.

Awesome! As a person who's just watched the entire playlist I say SciShow should make more playlists!

For the following reasons:
- It introduces people to new and awesome channels
- It provides more SciShow-like content without much extra production time/work
- I really liked this one

The videos you've been making lately have been going almost exactly on track with my psychology class, it's like having a summary after every lecture. Keep up the good work.

Hank, you did a great job introducing this playlist :]
You were careful not to stub any toes and you warned everyone of the controversy that could occur in the video, but still supported the ideas in a rational way.
So yeah, great job~

I used to watch Connections with my dad when I was younger, and I had completely forgotten about it. Thanks so much for reminding me, Hank!

This is the most understanding and well explained video of someone talking from one side of a controversial issue that i have EVER seen.

OHMYGOSH As soon as I heard "James Burke", I had to comment. I grew up with James Burke, and I love everything he has done. My father bought the DVDs of all he has done. I have memorized almost everything in The Day the Universe Changed and Connections 1.

Thank you for promoting science and reason, Hank! I have hope that one day educational channels such as yours will become almost as popular as contemporary pop (okay, maybe not THAT popular). In a world where technology is exponentially increasing, so too will collective intelligence and skepticism.

It's a good thing that any contribution to YT results in spirited debate. As a result of this one, I'm a fan of this one. It's great

I was at a band competition yesterday, the 13th. Someone had an airgram that said "Happy Skeptics Day...or maybe not".
I LOL'D SO HARD. WHOEVER YOU ARE, I LOVE YOU.

Good job Hank(: Great playlist, great intro...you do the whole "fair and constructive argument" thing so freaking well. After watching the presidential and VP debates, this was just what I needed.

And it is based on just one equation (E=ˠ M˳C² )∞ the Lorentz contraction of space and time is between the energy and mass. The greater the energy the greater the contraction of space and the slower time will run. Mass will increase relative to this and each ref-frame can be seen as a vortex in space formed by the rate that time flows. The brackets represent the boundary condition of the ref-frame formed by the energy and the infinity symbol represents an infinite number of ref-frames.
