Today's recipe is very delicious and easy to make.
Kashmiri Dum aloo recipe | Baby Potato fry recipe
Let's start:

Ingredients:
2~3 tbsp. Oil,
Whole Garam Masala,
1 Bay Leaf,
½ tsp Ginger Powder,
½ tsp Garlic Powder,
½ tsp Chili Powder,
½ tsp Cumin (crushed),
¼ tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder,
½ tsp Coriander,
½ cup Yogurt
Baby Potatoes,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Sugar,
1 cup Water,
½ tsp Fenugreek leaves,
2 tbsp. Almond paste,
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice,
1 tbsp. Butter.

Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garam masala for a minute.
- Add little water.
- Now add ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, kashmiri chili powder, coriander and yogurt.
- Fry all spices with yogurt for 2~3 minutes.
- Now add baby potatoes and cook for 3~4 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar and water.
- Cover it and let it cook for 10~15 minutes.
- Now add fenugreek leaves, almond paste, lemon juice and give it a mix.
- Now add butter and turn off stove.
