What’s the difference?
Which is better for me?

The main difference between an insurance broker and an agent is that an agent represents the insurance company, while the broker represents the client, whether that be an individual or a business.

👉🏾Brokers aren’t obligated to provide insurance by one company which means they can reach out to several insurance companies in order to find the best fit for their client’s unique situations at the best price.

👉🏾They also direct and immediate access to multiple markets that the average individual may not. Unlike captive and independent agents, who represent one or more insurance companies, a broker’s primary duty is to the client.

Working with a broker is best for you if:

⚫️1) You are a business owner and you are concerned about saving money and having confidence that you are fully covered to protect yourself and your business.

⚫️2) You have multiple properties or rental properties. It can be complex when it comes to having tenant or short term rentals.

⚫️3) You like to shop around for insurance but you do not have the time to do so.

⚫️4) You like to have a professional representing your needs.
