My 'Oh Shit' Moment - I Have Lots

Sitting here having an "Oh shit" moment as I realize that my inner work is never done 😂.

The power of words and the lenses through which we can filter life never ceases to amaze me.

What were you told?
What do you learn?
What have you experienced?
What do you believe to be true?

Here I am, believing the lies spoken over me by others, including myself.

I am letting my past learnings paint a picture that isn't true.

My lived experience has me guarded, scared, and who knows what else at this point - I'm still reflecting 😂

Which is now playing out in my world as we speak.

Take a look in the mirror - life isn't happening to you. It's responding to you. What are you putting out there?

Recognize the emotions.
Reflect on where they are coming from.
Reject the lies.
Reframe your thoughts to be empowering.
Reposition yourself to live put differently.

I'll add one more, which I have not mastered yet - COMMUNICATE openly with those around you.
