To get the first door off you want to close both fully. Get a stool to look from the top (right side of the first door). You will see the metal bracket has to pass the other door. Apply a bit of pressure to both doors (as if you're closing) then you'll see how it gets removed. Make sure the two plastic clips are rotated in an unlocked position. The second door is easier, move it to the same location as the first (with other plastic clips in down position).

Thanks, I needed the knowledge of 1:21 top lockers to dismantle my doors to fix the lower sliders. Sadly, I'm now unable to put it back on, lol

Very helpful video. I was having trouble getting the outer door off and I realized I had managed to slide it into the track of the inner door. Something to look out for if you're having trouble. Once I got it in the right track and slid it past it came off easily.
