Love seeing your non-knitting! It's always good to see more crafty options. 😊

I agree with Cuzzasedso! Two videos per week seems so little--lol! I could listen to you talk about paint drying and enjoy it! I get notifications on my phone for your new videos posted and I know no matter what the video is, I'll enjoy it! You rock Barbara!

I love the Bitter Blue one and would love to make one. I am a really new knitter and have NEVER knitted with beads, so I am afraid to tackle it.

Maybe you could focus your Thursday video on knitting, and reserve your non-knitting things for Tuesday?  Just a thought.  Personally, I feel like you always make everything you talk about interesting, even when it's not a particular interest of mine. I could listen to you every day, so I'm having a hard time dealing with only 2 videos a week! :)  Thanks for sharing your time and expertise.

I enjoy your videos quite a bit. Some of my enjoyment is that they are short! I don't always have an hour to devote to watching a podcast. I am a sock fanatic and have just discovered the following book thru the generosity of some other Ravelry knitters. Some of us have well rounded torso's and the legs to match. I have always just ribbed the entire leg section but that didn't really address the issue nor did I get it wide enough! I asked for advice and was nicely sent the following information.

" try this book - Andi Smith’s Big Foot Knits:
You actually have someone measure your lower leg from your heel up in one inch distances to as far as you want your sock to go. I hate cold shins. Luckily I have a nice neighbor and there are several tricks mentioned to help you overcome this. I thought this might be worth looking into and would love to hear your answer to those of us with "wide calfs". I saw some boots listed as such in a catalog.

Keep up the videos - other crafts are fine. You never know what will catch your fancy. I also do machine embroidery, have some long neglected knitting machines, kumihimo, sewing clothes, quilting, needle punch and love to play with needle tatting. Not to mention reading and coloring books - altho I have no artistic capability. I like it and that's what matters.
