Today we are talking about the rules of Backgammon.
The basic objective of Backgammon is to bear off all the checkers by moving them into your own home board.
The first player that manages to do that, wins the game.
In backgammon, one point is awarded on winning a single game.
Two points are awarded for winning a gammon.
Three points are awarded for winning backgammon.
The doubling cube is used to determine the score of the winner of the game.
The value of the game multiplied by the final value of the cube.
The game is played between two players on a board consisting of twenty-four narrow triangles called points.
