'Disgusting': Sky News host slams mainstream media for 'sick obsession' linking Trump to Hitler

Sky News host Gabriella Power has slammed a media outlet for linking Donald Trump’s New York City rally to a Nazi rally “more than eight decades ago”.

MSNBC compared Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden on Sunday to a Nazi rally at the same venue in 1939.

Ms Power described MSNBC’s coverage as “disgusting”.

“What the hard-left media is not telling you about this rally in Trump’s home state, is Madison Square Garden has a held a number of different conventions for both Republicans and Democrats,” Ms Power said.

“Tim Walz and the mainstream media have a sick obsession with trying to link Trump to Hitler and I don’t think it’s ever going to stop,” Ms Power said.

Holocaust survivor Jerry Wartski attended Donald Trump’s NYC rally just days after demanding Kamala Harris apologise for her comments last week, where she compared the Republican candidate to Hitler.

Mr Wartski told The New York Post, “I know more about Hitler than Kamala will ever know in a thousand lifetimes”.

“For her to accuse President Trump of being like Hitler is the worst thing I ever heard in my 75 years living in the United States,” he said.
