Hello my long hair tribe! Before having a consistent healthy hair routine I definitely skipped or in fact didn’t even know I should be doing some things in my haircare routine. Now that I’ve been on my healthy long hair journey for two years there are definitely some things I could never dream of skipping in my routine now!

🖤Scalp serum/treatment. Healthy hair grows from a healthy scalp. This steps fights dandruff, promotes circulation and makes my hair grow like crazy!
🖤Leave-in conditioner. I didn’t realize this step mattered until I found a leave in that worked for my hair. Seals in all the moisture from your wash!
🖤Heat protectant. Just like using spf to protect your skin. Your hair needs to be protected when using any kind of heat! Never skip this step!
🖤Hair oil/serum. This step seals in moisture, fights frizz and adds shine! Plus protects your lengths!
🖤Conditioner. Honestly I don’t ever think I’ve skipped conditioner and I don’t think I ever will. My dry ends love conditioner!
