THUMBS UP!! Dear Charlie, to be true. Your Trip-Reports here at "youtube" will become even better and better. For me, as a German citienship, these days it, s very nice to see much more US-American Airlines, like AMERICAN, DELTA and UNITED will fly much more single-aisle Airbus(SL) jets. Surely the old Mad-Dog, s have it, s charm too. Espectially in the US. But unfortunately still they are very old and loud too. Still out-of-time. Like the good old DC-10 widebody too. Nearly 14 days ago with our German high-speed train "ICE" of the "Deutsche Bahn" I was travel to the Frankfurt Rhein/Main Airport for plane-spotting. A day out. I could spotted lot, s of AMERICAN Airbus A330 and Boeing 777 jets. It looks like to me that AMERICAN is your favourite airline, isn, t it. My favourite is the British "easyJet" and "Condor - Thomas Cook".

Hi Charlie, THUMBS UP!! Another very gorgeous and nice trip-report. You should know. Espectially very deeply I love your Airbus trip-reports. Because I for myself be a very, very big Airbus-fan. Espectially I love the single-aisle SL - Sharklets Airbus-jets with it, s brandnew cabin-interior. Shortly I, ve learned these days DELTA Airlines has A320-jets, which are equipped with brandnew large overhead baggage-bins too. Like inside the Boeing "Sky-Interior" cabins. I, ve noted that very often you fly AMERICAN AIRLINES. Do you have a mileage-card with with you can collect (free) flights together with AA? In any case I wish you and your loved ones a very cozy Christmas-celebration 2018 and a very healthy new Year 2019, filled up with lot, s of new flight-adventures.

Sorry you were bumped out of first class, but business class wasn't too shabby. Also, BOS is a cool, compact airport. So many great water and downtown approaches.

Charlie sorry to hear about your dropped first class seat. Could it be due to an aircraft swap or schedule change and they forgot to transfer your seat?

I am flying in 1A on the E75 from SJC LAX on Horizon Air on Tuesday and back on Sunday. I paid $92 round-trip after using a voucher. It includes lounge access at the Alaska Club 2, checked bags and a snack with adult beverages.

I have flown three First Class Segments with Alaska this year!
