I’m trying to focus on listening and finishing Quran this Ramadan.

this is my second ramadan. i’m excited but also very nervous at the same time. i actually took a step back from islam last year, as i felt so many people were very negative and telling me i could never be a proper muslim. but i feel like allah really called me back and made me understand that im accepted. i’m just trying to work on my personal relationship with allah, but your channel makes me feel less lonely.

my goals this ramadan are:

-to fast all month obv

-to pray at least once a day

-to read a page of the quran everyday

-to donate to charity 3x

-i’m gonna try to read the secrets of divine love, but sometimes school gets in the way of reading😭

i was setting/renewing intentions for Ramadan yday. I want to make time to focus soley on intentional acts of worship such as istighfar and making sincere dua. a lot of times i find myself really distracted during the day so making sincere dua on whats in my mind and heart is something i hope will suffice.

a book i reccomend is the simple seerah. its split into two parts but its a really grat book on the prohphet pbuh life and the audobook is fantastic!!

ramadan mubarak girlie 🥰 i went through the feelings about secrets of divine love, and if you’re looking for a book with similar beautiful writing that emphasises building a relationship with Allah I highly recommend Aliyah Umm Raiyaans books (esp Power of Dua) super beautifully written and backed by islamic knowledge
