Hmmm The letter from the Whitehouse Council stated the President was inclined to release it however the FBI and DOJ said they would prefer he not... so he is sending it back for them to review with the FBI and DOJ. BUT Schiff just said that it was sent to the FBI and DOJ prior to the Whitehouse... did Schiff send it to the FBI and DOJ without allowing their input prior to sending it to the Whitehouse?
