The Bible makes me suicidal depressed. There is nothing in the Bible about God showing love to women. When I look in the Bible for a reason not to end my life, these are the verses I hear.

In GENERAL, Yes, all Women who practice CHRISTIANITY should learn HOW to be "SILENT/QUIET" with modesty and humbleness when it comes to the CHURCH and Spiritual matters for that is the WILL of God... unless God Himself appointed a real PROPHETRESS if no man is qualified to do the task of God... We do not want to 'Put God in the Box, " figuratively speaking...

All Christian Women should look upon the modesty and humble obedient example of BLESSED MARY, even though she has found "HIGHLY FAVORED" from God and with "FULL of GRACE" from the Holy Spirit than any Apostles, Disciples, Martyrs, and Saints... Blessed Mary practiced till her death to be SILENT/QUIET in the CHURCH of God in Christ.... Facts and Truth of the Matters.

BLESSED MARY will always be the True Model for all CHRISTIAN WOMEN with modesty, humbleness, and obedience (total submission) to the WILL of God... She said to Angel Gabriel, "I am the hand-made of the Lord thy God, be it done to me according to thy Words." ... Not our own WILL, but God's WILL be done...

Glory, Praise, and Thanks be to God in Christ Jesus' name... Amen.

What are the implications if it were established that early church scribes or leaders interpolated certain passages within the Pauline epistles? Furthermore, how would the discovery of credible evidence supporting the hypothesis that significant portions of the New Testament were later additions by ecclesiastical authorities affect our understanding of early Christian theology and the development of the biblical canon?

I wonder if this topic isn't necessarily about women but rather God marking churches that most likely are preaching heresy because it seems like all the churches that have women clergy tend to have more heretical beliefs than this one and I am not saying it is because of those churches having women clergy not having enough intelligence, etc. I think that it just marks the church as one that most likely will follow heresy. "For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear." 2 Timothy 4:3. They "they" in that passage refers to churches.

1 Corinthians 14:34... is about St. Paul telling the Christians that any "Spiritual/Religious Women who claimed to be Christian should/must learn how to respect SILENT in the Church of God and must not teach over Men about Church matter... This commandment is not from St. Paul but from God for St. Paul is fully guided by the Holy Spirit, what to speak, teach, and write...

God has valid reasons that all Christian Women should/must respect God's PREROGATIVE or WILL:
1. God, first created ADAM, in God's Image and Likeness, and from ADAM bone (rib) and flesh, came EVE called Woman which means "Came from Man." (ref.: Genesis 2:7-18)
2. It was ADAM and not EVE, that God commanded to SUBDUE (rule) and give Names to all God's creation, and whatever ADAM named them, so be it... (ref.: Genesis 2:19)
3. It was EVE that was DECEIVED by Satan (Old Serpent in the Garden of Eden) and ADAM was DECEIVED by EVE to disobey God by offering him to eat the forbidden fruit that caused them to LOSE their IMMORTALITY and BONDAGE (TIES) of Relationship to God thru their SIN... (ref.: 1 Timothy 2:14)... For The Wages of SIN is DEATH commonly called the ORIGINAL SIN of Mankind at the Garden of Eden...
4. The Head of Christ Jesus is God, and the Head of every Man is Christ Jesus, while the Head of every Woman is Man... (ref.: 1 Corinthians 11:3-4).
5. Man does not need to cover their head while praying or doing service to the Church of God, but Women must cover their Head with VEIL to hide their hair when praying or doing service to the Church of God as a sign of MODESTY, HONOR to her Husband (if married) and TOTAL SUBMISSION to the Authority of the Church... (Ref. 1 Corinthians 11:5-13)
6. God had chosen Man to carry the ANCESTRAL LINEAGE NAME of his own descendants... for example, Yeshua bin Yosef (Jesus son of Joseph), Israel (children of Jacob) descendant of Abraham, ... till in our modern time, still been practiced, the Husband's FAMILY NAME always carried by his own Children (biologically or not)...

These are some of God's reasons (prerogative/will) dictated by the Holy Spirit in St. Paul's Epistles... Facts and Truth, Biblically speaking... Amen...

In conclusion, if Christian women loved Christ Jesus, they should KEEP Christ Jesus' commandments taught by St. Paul who was taken by God to the 3rd Heaven through Vision... Amen.

Mike, it is not a "huge" topic. We will either trust and obey the Word of God or we will not. It is only the modern secular, feminist culture that tries to make this a "huge" topic.

What are we supposed to do with the next verse that is either sarcastic or is completely out of context it makes no sense whatsoever where Paul says What!? Did the word of God originated with you?
Why does everyone speaking on this verse ignore the very next person in line, where Paul continues to address their version of law! Like in previous chapter where they are declare celibacy in marriage is what is superior! Paul corrects them says no guys got it wrong again. What if Paul is saying here as continuing to address their letter written to him they're declaring "as the law states"
And Paul is asking them if the word of God originated with you! You immature Corinthians get to decide what the law says!

One important thing to remember for context is that these were letters to specific groups of people at a time when the testimony of women was not trusted. My personal perspective would be that these specific verses were not meant for the context of modern-day and it meant something more along the lines of, "due to cultural biases and the current public opinion on women, having a woman testify may risk people refusing to believe simply due to that person being biased against women." An important thing to remember is that the first two people that Jesus had testify about the resurrection were women.

What I understand is that the women can do everything except preaching in the churches

have anyone notice how preachers read a scripture , out of the bible, then start trying to tear down meaning of the word, when they start being turned over to a reprobate mind, i don, t think they understand what is happening to them .

First of all, you're using the NIV. That is the worst so called 'translation' of the bible. It removes the blood of Christ and actually many verses from the Word. Secondly, what is being quoted here as the verse, isn't even the actual verse.

I think that is a man think to control women

This was for their time, women were like household possessions. In this culture it was fitting & yes there is chain of authority which men aren’t doing in many churches or they are abusing authority.

NO NO NO. All said is WRONG. Woman MAY PREACH AND BE PASTORS. POINT. Married or Not. All verses quoted - is quoted out of context - quoted without any understanding of the ENTIRE chapter it was said/taken place in. [Understanding that the original BIBLE was not in chapters, nor verses.] ALL HAS TO DO WITH THE JEWISH LAW, HABITS, CULTURAL AND SYMBOLICAL THINGS WHICH HAD HAPPENED THOSE DAYS. When Paul says: "I"... It rather refers to habits, culture and previously said sentence. JESUS SAID: GO AND SAVE SOULS, BAPTIZE THEM [AS ADULTS - UNDER WATER] = TO BE REBORN, AND FOLLOW MY COMMANDMENTS/RULES/LAWS... [Being filled with the 9 gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT, etc.] JESUS DID NOT SAID THAT ONLY MEN MAY DO SO.... REMEBER: THE CHURCH in PAUL'S time was a 'gathering of people'/a group of men and woman/a town... THE CHURCH IS THE BODY OF CHIRST - THE HUMAN BODY, MIND, SOUL... Woman, go for it. DO NOT KEEP QUIET AT ALL - PREACH THE GOSPEL NON STOP. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PUT A FEW MEN TO SHAME, GO FOR IT
