Attorney Tom Grieve is a former state criminal prosecutor from Wisconsin before eventually founding what is now the state's largest criminal defense firm at more than 20 attorneys. In 2019 the firm expanded into family law and added a dedicated team of professionals to further serve clients with similar aggressive and proven strategies.

Beyond the courtroom, Tom has been interviewed and appeared in numerous media outlets, ranging from the New York Times, CourtTV, Fox News, Reuters, Washington Post, National Public Radio, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, among many others. He is a frequent Continuing Legal Education course speaker to teach lawyers and judges in developments and the law, both in Wisconsin and nationally. Finally, Tom has also presented across the country, both online and in person, concerning the law and culture to the public.

In addition to speaking engagements, Tom has also contributed to the national conversation in writing on emerging legal topics and has been published in Conceal Carry Magazine and elsewhere on multiple occasions. He also edited the book and contributed legal input on various other publications, including the "Wisconsin Guide for Armed Citizens" on behalf of the National Association of Certified Firearm Instructors.

Tom Grieve is recognized among the top Wisconsin and Milwaukee area lawyers. Recently named once again as a top Wisconsin criminal defense attorney, Tom was inducted into the “Wisconsin Rising Star” category by Super Lawyers (a nationally acclaimed attorney rating organization). He was also chosen as a "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" in Wisconsin by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Tom was also chosen for the "Top Attorneys of Wisconsin" by both Milwaukee Magazine and Madison Magazine.

Hey all. Seeing some comments and questions about the video+audio quality lagging behind our usual quality. I did not bring my camera or mic gear because I wasn't expecting to interview Paul. It just sort of... happened. I had time to rush to Walmart, buy a bunch of stuff... none of which worked and were given away to some kids. So the choice was no interview, or roll with what we had. Apologies.

Special thanks to Mike from FFLEXPERT.COM who was my camera man for the interview. Also, in Monty Python style, the person responsible for spell checking the videos has been sacked. Thanks all.

I love Paul's thoughts on whether a situation doesn't feel right: "leave. You can always eat lunch or go to the ATM later." The best way to win a firefight is to not be in it.

“I don’t think of myself as having a legacy.”

Oh, Paul. You absolutely have a legacy, and it’s well earned, and awesome. Rest assured.

Thanks, that made me tear up. I've been watching Paul for many years and I'm still heartbroken that he is ill. I do pray for him every night. I will always remember him saying. "Don't try this at home. I'm what you call a professional." God Bless Paul and his loved ones! Thanks so much Tom.

I live in a dangerous city. I work at night in public spaces. I am not exaggerating. I am alive because of the concepts shared by Mr. Harrell.

"If it does not look right - Just go someplace else." That is the BEST advice I have ever heard from a defense specialist or professional. That is what puts him on top. Thanks Paul

It is just this simple. Mr. Harrell is and has been(and will always be) an absolute treasure to the 2A community. Few people have the integrity, ethic, and honor that he has.

I will be reviewing Paul’s videos as long as I am able. I have survived pancreatic cancer at least for now.. which is very rare. I think about Paul every day and I wish him the very best.

I’m a retired cop in my late 70s that survived three on duty shootings that learned lots by watching Paul’s videos. Prayers offered for his comfort & full recovery. Pauls favorite empty chamber video is one of my favorites too. It’s interesting that Paul’s favorite carry guns & method is the same as mine so I know I’m doing something right, “program compliance”.

Thank you for getting him on camera for what could be the last time. We've been desperate for that. And thanks to Paul for the courage to show himself "not at his best." We've got you Paul, God has you Paul.

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend Paul’s symposium and listen to him impart his knowledge and wisdom. It was truly an honor. From one Marine to another, Semper Fi!

Paul is a national treasure. Every man should strive to be half of what he is. God bless that man.

My first thought when he said that his last video was his last video was "Well, shoot, what am I going to do on Thanksgiving now?" What a tremendous contribution Paul has made to the firearms community over the years. Thanks, Paul, if you read this.
