Can we get a walk the port for the ocean port?

It would be very interesting, and I bet there is a ton of history behind it!

Can I second the comment about exploring the ports. The graphics/art department does all this fantastic work, but we can't actually explore and appreciate it on our computers.

If you want to see the port of Hamburg in 1938, see Wilfried Müller's video about the port.

Can you make a new "How it works" for map spawning? I would like to know the WG game mechanics behind opening spawn selection before the battle starts.
For example, why are ships map spawned are so close to other team mates?

St. Nikolai was rebuild from 1846 to 1874 and was made of yellow bricks and sandstone.
so between 1874 to 1943 St. Nikolai should be in a yellow tone, like the city hall ... not in black like in the video.

but excluding that, a very nice view at hamburg harbour

How can we use a camera to move around a port? That would be awesome.

I am enlightened, it was my understanding the city was turned into dust by the 8th AF and RAF Bombers. It’s good to know somethings made it through the war. Germany is no longer on my list to visit as my sights have turn to Eastern Europe and the Far East.

Just saw flamu's video where the u-4501 can reach 53kts underwater with captain skills. Are you sure you're not mixing the sub's speed for torpedo speed WG? How are destroyers supposed to catch up to depth charge that thing?

Edit: i see that my joke can easily be misinterpreted from what my intention was, my point was that maybe wg mistook the value for the torpedo speed with the sub's speed.
