Haaland is a norse brute, that runs past or through defenders all the time. His starting run is slow, as you all have noticed, but when he gets up to locomotive speed, he is unstoppable.
He is nowhere close to Zlatan when it comes to physical strength, but one day he might get there.

Mpappe is very different, super fast, agile and hiding his moves when he runs. He scores almost a goal per game, so definitely a shadow striker. He has some dribbling skills that Haaland doesn't have, but what he lacks in strength, he is smart.

To compare these players with Messi or Ronaldo is just wrong, just as with Zlatan. No matter how we love/hate these players, this is the new generation, with different flavors.

Just love the new players and enjoy the Beautiful Game.
