35:16 This is what makes Japan and Japanese people so amazing. Sure it's mundane, but it says a lot. Things are well thought out and people are respectful.

Just in a random location, there are vending machines for drinks, food, and dessert.

There's also a sink and tables for the customers' convenience, plus good lighting.

That, and there is no graffiti, the tv hasn't been stolen, the sink hasn't been broken or used as a toilet, and there is no litter or tweakers.

I don't know of many countries in which this sort of thing would be possible.
